As a Marriage and Family Therapist Intern, my passion is rooted in the belief that while we may not choose the challenges we face or the traumas we inherit, we can choose how we respond. There is profound beauty in knowing we have the power to write the next chapter of our own story. I am deeply committed to helping individuals, couples, and families heal attachment injuries and break the negative intergenerational patterns that keep you feeling stuck. My approach is to move beyond symptoms and get straight to the heart of the issues you are facing, cultivating lasting change and resilience.
I work under the direct supervision of Dr. Rebecca Jorgensen, a renowned Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) trainer, supervisor, and clinical director. This ensures research-backed principles for creating secure connections guide my practice. I provide a safe, collaborative space where I hold genuine unconditional positive regard for you, trusting in your innate ability to become the very person you have always wanted to be.
I bring unique, informed empathy to this work, rooted in my personal journey as a wife and mother who has managed multiple autoimmune diseases and worked through intergenerational trauma. Beyond emotional support, I provide practical resources to help you safely regulate your nervous system. This holistic approach supports both your mental and physiological well-being. Whether you are dealing with relationship issues, trauma, health stress, intergenerational patterns, or a faith journey, I meet you with genuine understanding and confidence that growth and profound healing are always
within reach.
