What services we provide
There are two main treatments for anxiety; Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT). CBT is often recommended as a first-line treatment for anxiety because the treatment targets and focuses on the power of our brain, which directly influences our emotions. CBT helps individuals identify and modify negative thought patterns and behaviors that contribute to anxiety. EFT assists the client in recognizing the challenges and negative patterns of coping with chronic anxiety has driven their interactions with others, causing emotional disconnection or distress in their most important relationships.
