Do you feel stuck? You’ve tried everything but nothing seems to help? Therapy can bring clarity and an expanded view of what’s possible. The more you understand yourself and your experiences, the more control you have over a life that is congruent with who you are.
I would love to help you find your strengths and emerge from fear and pain to build a life with purpose and meaning. I can support you in navigating difficult emotions, stressful relationships, and healing from adverse life experiences.
Using a holistic and integrative approach, I specialize in treating relationships, trauma, anxiety, grief, depression, and other mental health issues. I approach therapy with a collaborative spirit, as I’m here to meet you where you’re at and walk alongside you through your journey with compassionate accountability. I will help you explore your challenges, needs, and desires so you can position yourself to live the life you want and deserve.
My husband and I have been married for over 30 years and we have four sons, one daughter, three daughter-in-laws, two adorable grandsons and a granddaughter on her way. We love to travel together and learn about other cultures. In my free time, you’ll find me planning our next adventure, watching chick flicks, eating delicious healthy food, going on bike rides, enjoying a day at the lake, or working out with friends.
Call the office and request to work with me, let’s talk about how I can help!
