IN-PERSON SESSIONS: St. George, UT
VIRTUAL SESSIONS: Utah, Wyoming, Idaho, Arizona & Nevada

Has your life derailed from how you expected it to go? Maybe a relationship feels difficult, you are carrying something heavy, or you are looking for greater clarity or peace. You don’t have to navigate this alone. Therapy can be a place to help you work through your concerns, make sense of what you are experiencing, and discover strengths you already have. I believe that healing, connection, and joy are still possible, even after life’s most difficult hardships. I have a special interest in supporting clients through grief and loss, life transitions, parenting, marriage preparation, relationship challenges, anxiety, and trauma.

I have the privilege of training as an MFT intern under the supervision of Dr. Debi Gilmore, an Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) trainer. EFT emphasizes the importance of connection and the relationships that shape our lives.

True healing can take place through compassionate, evidence-based therapy and, for those who desire it, through the hope and strength found in faith. I strive to offer a warm, compassionate space where you feel heard and encouraged. Together, we’ll work to strengthen your relationships and create meaningful direction and peace in your life.
