VIRTUAL SESSIONS: Utah, Idaho, Washington & Florida

I love helping couples in distressed marriages resync to build a lasting connection.

If you feel pain and isolation in your marriage, you are not alone. Using Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), a researched, effective model, we can walk together down a path of restored hope, love, trust and intimacy.

I’m here to help you build the marriage you long for, so you and your family can thrive.

I specialize in helping individuals and couples who serve overseas. From cultural adjustment to reestablishing community and purpose, I understand the unique stress and challenges of living abroad. My passion for counseling developed out of my own struggles serving cross-culturally.

I use Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT) to help individuals process trauma and unresolved grief from childhood wounds. Unpacking buried pain can be daunting. I utilize trauma-informed, compassionate support that attunes to your pain and helps you move beyond it. I count it a sacred privilege to journey with you as you take this courageous step towards healing.

I have grace for the stuck and brokenhearted. Come find a safe place to explore your story and emotions.

I strive to show curiosity and avoid making assumptions. Together, we can create corrective emotional experiences that heal wounds, repair what has shattered, and develop resiliency.
