IN-PERSON SESSIONS: St. George, Utah VIRTUAL SESSIONS: Utah, Wyoming, Idaho, Arizona & Nevada

As a Marriage and Family Therapist Intern, I believe that relationships are at the heart of our well-being. I am passionate about helping couples and families navigate life’s challenges with compassion, honesty, and hope. Whether you’re working through communication struggles, parenting stress, grief, or major life transitions, my goal is to create a safe and supportive space where healing and connection can grow.

I bring not only professional training but also personal experience to my work. I was married to a military veteran for nearly 20 years, and that journey gave me a deep understanding of the unique strengths and stressors that come with military and family life. I’m also a mother of five
children—one of whom is in heaven—which has profoundly shaped my perspective on love, loss, and resilience.

In therapy, I take a collaborative and empathetic approach, meeting clients where they are and helping them move toward deeper understanding and stronger relationships. I believe that even in moments of pain or disconnection, growth and healing are possible.
