Welcome
We all long for relationships where we feel safe, accepted, and deeply understood. My goal is to provide a warm, accepting, and nonjudgmental environment where clients can explore their experiences, strengthen emotional bonds, and move toward lasting change.
As a counseling intern at EFT Counseling and Education Center, I am passionate about helping individuals and couples find hope, healing, and deeper connection. I am currently completing my graduate degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Adams State University, where I am developing the knowledge and skills needed to support clients with compassion, authenticity, and respect.
Whether you are seeking to strengthen your relationship, heal from past experiences, or better understand yourself, I would be honored to walk alongside you as you pursue greater connection, resilience, and emotional well-being.
