I believe that as human beings we long for, crave, and need for our survival connection with one another. Some of our most cherished connective relationships are within families particularly between spouses, parents, and children. These relationships can be filled with joy. They can also be filled with pain and heartache. While navigating life, sometimes we need help with these relationships. I believe in the possibility of re-establishing the love, trust and hope that may have vanished. I also believe that we have the power and capacity to change.
In the therapeutic relationship, we work together to create an atmosphere of safety where emotions can be explored, communication skills can be acquired, and love and trust can be restored individually and within relationships. I consider it an honor to be part of this journey.
