Kristina Robbins, LAMFT
I believe relationships are the essence of life, and the key to joy and fulfillment—when they are connected, nurturing and supportive. Relationships can hurt, but they can also heal. I really believe we need a deep connection with ourselves and others, as well as a real sense of purpose in life, in order to experience a sense of wholeness and healing.

I am passionate about helping couples, families and individuals dig deep into their lived experience, find understanding and compassion, and live more authentic and peaceful lives. I love helping others find safety in vulnerability. I love helping people find their strengths and feel resilient. I work hard to help all my clients find whatever connection is needed in order to experience a sense of belonging and deeper meaning in life.

I value being warm, supportive, collaborative, culturally sensitive and honest, and I will bring these qualities to the table every session.

I work systemically, which means I value the context of your life. Whoever you are, you are a whole person to me. I know from experience that life can be very hard and damaging to the core of our being. Messages from many directions tell us we are not enough, or healing is not possible. But healing is possible. It is work, but it is work we can do together.
