“We are hardwired to connect with others, it’s what gives purpose and meaning to our lives, and without it there is suffering.” -Brené Brown

Sometimes our most significant relationships also cause pain and frustration when our connection is not secure. It’s common for us to get stuck in negative patterns that
undermine our ability to connect with those we love the most.

I love working with individuals, couples and families using the principles of Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to help them create the connection they desire. When you understand the emotional undercurrent that influences how you interact in the world, you are better equipped to handle life, especially the things that matter most.

I would love to support you in your efforts to find new hope and opportunities for your path forward.
