I have a deep love for people and a gneuine care for what happens in their lives. I’m passionate about my work, and I believe therapy is most effective when it’s grounded in proven, evidence-based approaches, and I hold the strong belief that people are capable of change. At our core, we all long to feel connected, to experience meaningful relationships, and to be truly seen and understood by others.

In our work together, I offer tools insight, and understanding within a safe, supportive therapeutic relationship, helping you create changes that are both meaningful and lasting. I have experience with terminal illness, military life, cancer, betrayal trauma, faith journeys, anxiety and depressions.

I deeply admire the courage it takes to face life’s challenges and take the necessary steps toward healing, especially when it feels hard or uncertain. It would be my privilege to meet with you and offer my expertise and training with compassion, respect and understanding.
