Dr. Catherine Lundell has a Master and PhD from Brigham Young University in Marriage and Family Therapy. She is a licensed MFT in California, an LAMFT in Utah and an adjunct professor at Brigham Young University. She has been in private practice for many years and now sees clients at the EFT Clinic. Dr. Lundell specializes in treating couples, families and individuals as they struggle with life issues, recovering from trauma, healing wounds, and establishing new healthy life patterns with themselves and in their relationships. Dr. Lundell has 5 children, three of which are adopted. These and other life experiences have taught her insight and empathy for clients. She is trained in many different therapy modalities and uses an eclectic approach, including EFT, to fit the specific needs of each client. Her focus is to help others to navigate their life story, to become their best selves despite life’s struggles and to live their lives with those they love.
