Chitra Graff, MFTI

Life can be harsh and challenging at times. If you are struggling with depression, anxiety, marriage issues, trauma, grief, or any other issue that is detrimental to your wellness, you are not alone. I have a strong desire to help people get past their struggles and move toward happier, more hopeful lives. Human pain is a universal emotion, and trying to solve our problems by ourselves might keep us mired in misery. I’ll take the time to get to know your values, experiences, and goals for the future. I’ll provide you with the information and inspiration you need to move forward and effect the changes you deserve and want.

I work with a wide range of issues, problems, and mental health illnesses, but my areas of specialization include marriage and family therapy, loss and mourning, trauma, depression, anxiety, and post-traumatic stress. Whatever you are dealing with, I pledge to treat you with compassion, sensitivity, and specialized care.

I am dedicated to helping people discover the courage and strength to face their circumstances so they can experience optimism and continue on their journey.
