ACU has a Master’s degree graduate program that allows adults to build off their education and experience to establish further as a specialist — through a new, transformative credential, integrated hands-on learning and enriching research guided by their faculty mentors.
The MFT degree provides a way of conceptualizing problems within their relational, historical, developmental, social and multigenerational context. Rather than focusing on the individual as a source of dsyfunction, marraige and family therapists explore how the contextual factors create difficulty for individuals, couples and families. This training makes a wonderful fit for the EFT Clinic and Education Center where we hold this same system and attachment perspective.
